Counseling Rates
$275.00 Initial Evaluation 60-minute first session
$200.00 per 50-minute session
$100.00 per 30-minute session children under 10 years old
$300.00 EMDR 90-minute session
Intrinsic Coaching $250.00 per 60 minute session/ 3 session minimum commitment required.

Insurance
I am happy to assist with insurance reimbursement. This may require submitting paperwork following each session, although payment is due at the time of service. Counseling Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
